The draw for the group stage of the Asia Minor Champinship has been made, with the eight participating teams having learned their fate in the tournament. Hosted by ESL, the Asia Minor Championship will take place from January 29 to February 1 as part of the Intel Extreme Masters stop in Taipei, with eight of the best teams in Asia and Oceania duking it out for $50,000 and two spots at the offline qualifier for MLG Columbus. The winner of this event will also secure entry into the IEM World Championship, in Katowice, which will pay out a minimum of $250,000 to the competing teams.
The Asia Minor will kick off with a double-elimination group stage, with the top two teams from each group advancing to the single-elimination playoffs. Below you can find the group draw in full:
